The Community Development Department has produced a Development Guide to assist local landowners, architects, engineers, developers, and other interested parties to understand the significant phases of the development and building process in the City of Tomball and its extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ).
The Building Division is responsible for code compliance of all ground-up construction within the City of Tomball. The Division reviews all plans for residential construction, remodeling, additions, new commercial and tenant build-outs.
